These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jeetbee platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility Requirements
Players must be 18 years of age or older and must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

References to "jeetbee", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the operator of the jeetbee Platform. References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, amendments, or supplementary documents published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to jeetbee is strictly limited to eligible adults. Please review all eligibility conditions before registering.
By registering an Account on jeetbee, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and will remain met for the duration of your use of the Platform:
2.1 Age Requirement
You are at least 18 years of age. jeetbee operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification will be conducted at the time of withdrawal and may be requested at any stage during your use of the Platform. Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned in accordance with jeetbee's responsible gaming obligations.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing jeetbee. jeetbee makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for understanding the legal framework applicable to online gambling activity in their location.
2.3 Single Account Policy
You may only hold one active Account on jeetbee at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts detected by jeetbee's fraud monitoring systems will be closed and all associated Balances and Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
2.4 Personal Use Only
You are registering and using jeetbee solely for your own personal entertainment. You must not register on behalf of another person, act as an agent for a third party, or allow any third party to use your Account credentials under any circumstances.
2.5 Sound Judgement
You are not under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair your judgement at the time of placing Wagers. You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you accept that risk voluntarily and with full understanding of the potential for financial loss.
jeetbee is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register an Account.
Account Registration & Verification
All Players must complete jeetbee's registration and KYC verification process before withdrawing funds or accessing certain platform features.
3.1 Registration Process
To open a Player Account, you must complete the online registration form by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any point during your use of the Platform.
jeetbee reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform; jeetbee may suspend or close any Account at any time in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jeetbee will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeetbee immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your Account security settings.
3.3 KYC Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, jeetbee will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)
jeetbee may request additional documentation at its discretion. Processing of KYC submissions typically occurs within 48 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.
3.4 Accuracy of Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms. If jeetbee discovers at any time that information provided during registration or KYC is inaccurate or fraudulent, the Platform reserves the right to immediately close the Account, void any pending Wagers, and retain any Balance in accordance with its fraud prevention obligations.
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and triggers automatic fraud review.
- Accurate information required — all registration details must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date.
- KYC before withdrawal — identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
- Enable 2FA — two-factor authentication via SMS OTP is strongly recommended for all accounts.
- Report suspicious activity — contact support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jeetbee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment channels. Please review all payment terms before depositing.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods
jeetbee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfers are also accepted via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank for eligible players.
The same payment method used for a deposit must be used for the corresponding withdrawal wherever possible. This requirement is in place to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect Players from unauthorised withdrawals.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jeetbee, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeetbee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited into your Account must come from a payment source that you own and are legally authorised to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours, subject to any fraud review or verification requirements that may apply.
jeetbee reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending fraud review. In such cases, the Player will be notified by email and asked to provide any additional documentation required to release the hold. Unexplained or suspicious withdrawal patterns may trigger an enhanced review process.
4.4 Currency & Conversion
All Balances on jeetbee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jeetbee does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to facilitate a transaction through an international payment network (e.g., Visa or Mastercard) will be conducted at the exchange rate applied by the respective payment provider; jeetbee is not responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by the payment provider.
4.5 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetbee will notify the Player by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee is ৳200 per calendar month and will be deducted from the Account Balance until either the Account is reactivated by the Player logging in or the Balance reaches zero, at which point the Account may be closed.

Most deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jeetbee Balance within seconds of payment confirmation, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
Payment Summary
Bonuses & Promotions
All jeetbee bonuses are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific terms stated at the time of the individual offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 are eligible for jeetbee's Welcome Bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus will be credited to the Player's Account as Bonus Funds within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The Welcome Bonus is available to each new Player once only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money Balance. The standard wagering requirement applicable to the Welcome Bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Specific wagering multipliers for other promotions are disclosed in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer. Unless stated otherwise, only real-money Wagers count toward wagering requirements; Wagers placed using Bonus Funds do not contribute.
Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply: slots — 100%; live casino table games — 15%; sportsbook Wagers with odds of 1.70 or greater — 50%; all other games — 0%. jeetbee reserves the right to amend game contribution rates with reasonable notice.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in full within 30 calendar days of being credited will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor their Bonus Funds balance and wagering progress within their Account dashboard.
5.4 Bonus Abuse & Misuse
jeetbee employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, placing low-risk hedging Wagers designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk, using third-party software to exploit bonus conditions, and coordinated play between Accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, jeetbee reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void associated Wagers, withhold any winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently close the Account(s) involved.
5.5 Promotional Changes
jeetbee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change, provided the Player continues to meet the original promotion conditions. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and T20 World Cup — are limited-time offers and are subject to the specific terms published for each event.
Game Rules & Fair Play
jeetbee is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the Platform.
6.1 RNG & Game Integrity
All casino games available on jeetbee — including slots, live dealer games, and instant-win games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or altered by the Platform, game providers, or Players. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game provider and independently audited.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on jeetbee — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI internationals, and Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing a Wager. In general: Wagers are void if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; in-play Wagers that are placed after an event has concluded due to a data delay will be voided; and jeetbee reserves the right to restrict market availability on any event at its sole discretion.
6.3 Minimum & Maximum Wager Limits
Each game and betting market on jeetbee has its own minimum and maximum Wager limits, which are displayed on the relevant game interface or betting slip before the Wager is confirmed. Wagers exceeding the maximum limit will be rejected by the system. jeetbee may, at its discretion, impose individual account-level Wager limits on Players whose betting patterns are assessed as presenting a material risk to the Platform.
6.4 Malfunctions & Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, software error, or game data corruption, jeetbee reserves the right to void any Wager placed during or immediately preceding the malfunction. Where possible, jeetbee will restore the Player's Account to the state immediately prior to the affected Wager. Winnings generated as a result of a software error or pricing mistake will not be honoured and jeetbee is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.5 Cockfighting & Live Event Rules
Live cockfighting events streamed on jeetbee originate from licensed venues in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Wagers on live events are settled according to the official result declared by the event operator. jeetbee relies on third-party event data for settlement; in the event of a data discrepancy, settlement will be deferred until the correct result is confirmed. Wagers on postponed or abandoned bouts will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.
Certified RNG Games
All slot and instant-win game outcomes are generated by independently certified RNG systems provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
Live Casino Standards
Live dealer tables are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their own regulatory frameworks. Game results from live tables are final and are governed by the physical dealing or spinning action observed in the live stream.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using jeetbee, you agree to the following obligations and acknowledge that violations may result in immediate account action, including permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.
7.1 General Obligations
As a registered Player on jeetbee, you are required to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other Players, jeetbee, or any third-party providers. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relevant to your use of the Platform.
7.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbee and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraud and Financial Crime: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; conducting transactions intended to launder money or finance prohibited activities; providing false identity or financial information.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity, to circumvent any restriction, claim multiple bonuses, or abuse promotional offers.
- Collusion: Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including sharing hand or card information in live games, coordinating Wagers across Accounts, or using insider information.
- Abuse of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system miscalculation to generate profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not considered valid and will be voided.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, AI-assisted wagering software, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without jeetbee's prior written consent.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds. jeetbee reserves the right to recover disputed amounts through legal means.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward jeetbee staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
7.3 Reporting Obligations
You agree to promptly notify jeetbee support if you become aware of any other Player engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above, or if you discover any software bug or pricing error on the Platform. Responsible reporting helps jeetbee maintain a fair environment for all Players and may be recognised with a courtesy account credit at jeetbee's discretion.
7.4 Intellectual Property
All content on the jeetbee Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the intellectual property of jeetbee or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jeetbee's prior written permission.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate account closure under the conditions described below. Self-exclusion options are also available for Players who wish to take a break from gambling.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request to close your jeetbee Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jeetbee will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before deactivating the Account. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited and will not be returned.
8.2 Closure by jeetbee
jeetbee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
- Detection of multi-accounting or collusion
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing
- Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age
- Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
Where an Account is closed by jeetbee due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. jeetbee will provide written notification of the closure reason where legally permitted to do so.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
jeetbee offers voluntary self-exclusion to any Player who feels that gambling is negatively impacting their life. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be frozen, all marketing communications from jeetbee will be suspended, and you will be prevented from logging in or making deposits. 8.4 Cooling-Off Period
Players who wish to take a short break without permanently closing their Account may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and Wagers are suspended while the Account remains open. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated and cannot be shortened at the Player's request.
8.5 Disputes & Complaints
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of jeetbee, you should contact support at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the issue including your Account username, the date and time of the relevant event, the game or market involved, and a description of the complaint. jeetbee aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, jeetbee will provide details of the applicable escalation process.
Self-Exclusion Options
Choose from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. All requests are processed within 24 hours and marketing communications are immediately suspended.
Cooling-Off Periods
Need a short break? Request a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 7-day cooling-off period. Deposits and Wagers are paused while your Account remains intact and accessible after the period ends.
Closure & Dispute Timeline
General Legal Provisions
The following general provisions apply to these Terms & Conditions and your overall relationship with jeetbee as a Player on the Platform.
Amendments to These Terms
jeetbee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jeetbee will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.1.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbee's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim. jeetbee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jeetbee is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through jeetbee's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents jeetbee from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetbee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
